Membership Forms

Membership is on a calendar year from 1 January to 31 December and entitles you to the 2 journals published that year.
NB. so if you join near the end of any year, you will then need to renew in the coming January.
- For one year membership (2012):
Either: NIFHS PayPal service: To join/renew online for one year (2012) and pay using PayPal click here (2012 form, PayPal format).

Or: UK Sterling cheque: To join/renew by post for one year (2012) and pay using a UK Sterling cheque:
- either print a 2012 application form from your web browser click here (2012 form, web format),
- or download a 2012 application form in Word format click
here (2012 form, Word format).
- For three year membership (2012-2014):
Either: NIFHS PayPal service: To join/renew online for three years (2012-2014) and pay using PayPal click here (2012-2014 form, PayPal format).

Or: UK Sterling cheque: To join/renew by post for three years (2012-2014) and pay using a UK Sterling chequee:
- either print a 2012-2014 application form from your web browser click here (2012-2014 form, web format),
- or download a 2012-2014 application form in Word format click

Please Note: These forms are for Associate Membership only. Anyone wishing to join as a branch member should not complete one of these forms but should obtain a Branch Membership Form at their nearest branch. Details of your nearest venue and next meeting can be obtained here.
