- For one year membership (2010):

Or: To join/renew by post for one year (2010) and pay using a UK Sterling cheque: either print a 2010 application form from your web browser click here, or download a 2010 application form in Word format click here.
- For three year membership (2010-2012):

Please Note: These forms are for Associate Membership only. Anyone wishing to join as a branch member should not complete one of these forms but should obtain a Branch Membership Form at their nearest branch. Details of your nearest venue and next meeting can be obtained here.
