Ballymena branch usually meet on the last Thursday of the month at 7:15 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in Michelin Arts Workshop, Braid Arts Centre 1-29 Bridge Street, Ballymena, BT43 5EJ.

Belfast branch usually meet on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the Holywood Arches Library, Holywood Road, Belfast.

Coleraine branch usually meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:00 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the Guide Hall, Terrace Row, Coleraine.

Fermanagh branch launched in April 2009. Their programme comprises meetings and research days. Meetings are generally be held on the third Saturday of the month at 2:15p.m. and research days will generally be held on Thursdays. Meetings will be held in The Library, Halls Lane, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT74 7DR and research days at the various venues holding genealogical records.

Foyle Branch usually meets on the first Monday of the month at 7 PM from September to May. Meetings are normally held in the City's Central Library at 35 Foyle Street, BT48 6AL.

Killyleagh branch usually meet on the first available Monday of the month at 8:00 p.m. from September to April. Meetings are held in the Masonic Hall, 50 High Street, Killyleagh, Co. Down.

Larne branch usually meets on the third Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September to April. Meetings are held in Larne Bowling & Lawn Tennis Club, 112-120 Glenarm Road, Larne, BT40 1DZ .

Lisburn branch usually meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the The Bridge Community Centre, Railway Street, Lisburn.

Newtownabbey branch usually meet on the second Monday of the month from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the Drama Theatre of Glengormley High School, Ballyclare Road, Netownabbey unless otherwise stated.

The society was formed in 2004 as the Portadown Family History Society, it changed its name to the North Armagh Family History Society in June 2010 to better reflect the interests of its members.
North Armagh branch usually meet on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the Town Hall, Edward Street, Portadown. There is free car parking in Meadow Lane with easy pedestrian access to the Town Hall.

North Down and Ards branch usually meet on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. from September to May. Meetings are held in the 1st Presbyterian Church Hall, Main Street, Bangor.
