The North of Ireland Family History Society subscribes to many local and family history journals, some of which have been indexed
Journals
The North of Ireland Family History Society (NIFHS) has runs of 50 or so local and family history journals in its Irish Journal Room. Included are the Society’s Journal (IR 069) and Newsletters (IR 090). We also have two online Indexes (Gravestone Inscriptions; Miscellaneous Records) to many of the Irish journals. There are also a few runs of genealogical Periodicals relating to family history.

These journals are for consultation in the Library and not for borrowing. For Members who cannot visit our Research Centre we offer a Look Up Service. Members also have free online access to the back numbers of many other Irish journals at the JSTOR Ireland Collection.
