Finding Richard III – Dr Turi King
Dr Turi King led the genetic research that confirmed the identity of the remains of Richard 111. Hear how she went about the task and how the evidence helped to shed new light on this infamous English monarch.
Dr King is a renowned geneticist, archaeologist, writer and television presenter. She currently serves as Director of the Milner Centre for Evolution at the University of Bath and is widely known for her pioneering work in forensic and ancient DNA.
She has recently published “The Secrets of Our DNA: How Genetics has Changed the World”.
