Monthly Branch Meeting

Smugglers Coast, a talk by Dr. David Hume. Dr Hume looks at smuggling along the Antrim and Scottish coasts, why and how it occurred, who was involved and some of the stories associated with the 18th and early 19th centuries activities of the smugglers. An interesting social, economic and culture aspect to our history, smuggling is well documented in England and Scotland but not so much in Ulster.

In-person and via Zoom. Branch members will receive the link by email in advance of each meeting – anyone else interested in attending can request the link from the Branch secretary using the button on the right.
