NIFHS Library List
The resources held in the Randal Gill Library together with their shelfmarks are itemised in the NIFHS Library List which is updated annually by the Society’s Librarian. There is no online catalogue facility at present.
View or download the latest edition (April 2023) of the NIFHS Library List (a searchable PDF).
On PCs, to search for specific text within the List press and hold the “Ctrl” key followed by the “F” key. A search box will appear into which you enter your search term. If there are no matching terms in the List you will see “0/0”. If there are say 10 matching terms then you will see “1/10”, and the first matching term will be highlighted. You can then use the “↓” or “↑” keys to scroll down or up to view the remaining matching terms.

Additions to the Library
The North Irish Roots journal previously included a section giving a list of items that have been added to the Library during the previous six months. Notice of the additions to the Library is now included in the Supplement to the Society’s e-Newsletter thereby making the information available to members sooner.
